Here are the Level 2 Sensorimotor training tests and evaluation forms required to be completed to receive continuing education credit for the course.
You must complete the tests and evaluation forms for each module to receive formal continuing education credit. Each module's test and evaluation form activate on the last day of the module and are available until midnight 7 days after the conclusion of the full course.
