I forgot my password. How do I reset password?
Click on on Login (above search button).
Click Forgot password? 
Enter your email address then click Recover. 

How do I change my password?
Click on ACCOUNT (above search button).
Look at left column under profile for change password. 

How do I find my username?
Go to Account.
On Customer Information page look in the first section Personal Details.
The last box displays Username. 

Will others see my real name if I post a comment?
No. Only your username shows on any comment or rating you post on this website.

How do I change my email address?
Go to Account.
Look in the first section Personal Details. 
In the email address field type your new email address.

How are MP3 files delivered to my computer?
All Lifespan MP3 files are conveniently downloaded to your computer according to your browser setting. You can adjust your web browser by taking the following steps:

PC Users: Go to your downloads location.

Apple Users: If you are using Safari:

Step 1: In Safari menu select preferences.

Step 2: Click on the general button.

Step 3: Go to field Save downloaded files to from  dropdown list select location (folder) for your download (e.g.. iTunes music library).
